I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the lower ice maker in your RF323TEDBSR. Besides pressing the reset button, another possibility is that your filter needs to be replaced, which has nothing to do with moving the refrigerator, but may coincidentally have become clogged enough to reduce the water pressure to the lower ice maker. I'd suggest replacing the filter, or removing it temporarily to determine whether this is the cause. If the issue persists, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service may be needed. Also, check to make sure the lower ice maker is turned on; perhaps the Ice Off option was selected inadvertently while it was being moved.
