No. Each model keyboard is specific to the tablet (the Surface Pro 3 is larger than the Surface3 - dare I say think iPad to iPad Mini). So if you have a Surface 3 you will need to acquire the Surface3 model keyboard.
In some programs I need to use F1, F2, F3... keys but they doesn`t work because of the "smart" keys such as mute, volume up, volume down... how may I enable them?
Press and hold the "FN" button towards the bottom right hand side of the keyboard then press the desired function key. There is a 3rd party application that makes the top row dedicated back to FN keys instead of the MS shortcut bars should you desire that.
On the type or touch cover, you can enable the function keys by holding the function key and press caps lock. I would think it would work the same with the power cover, but I am not positive.
