I don't believe an International Moto G 4G LTE is available. Having said that, the difference will be in the LTE and possibly 3G bands. They will both get 2G worldwide.

- The US GSM version is optimized for specific bands/carriers used only in the US, supports up to 3G, comes in both 8GB & 16 GB, and does *not* have an SD slot.
- The Global GSM version supports up to 3G, comes in both 8GB & 16 GB, and does *not* have an SD slot.
- The Universal 4G LTE version supports up to 4G, comes only in 8GB, and *does* have an SD slot.

According to Motorola, the answer is no. Removing or replacing it would void the manufacturer warranty. That said, it can be done, though you need to do some disassembly to remove the battery.
There are video's on YouTube that show how it's done, but proceed at your own risk.

There is a CDMA version that is available as a Verizon prepaid device, but this unlocked Moto G is a GSM device, so it is not likely to be fully compatible with Verizon's networks.

I really want to buy this cellphone, but it says that the data connection is 4g, it works with 3g too? or only with 4g? I'd use it in Brazil, and 4g stil rare there!

Yes, it will try to find the highest speed available, but will automatically fall back to the lower speeds if 4G or LTE are not present.

You will need to check the bands to confirm that it can get 3G in Brazil, but the device allows you to switch from LTE to 3G manually if you wish to do so. As long as the 3G bands on the device are compatible with the 3G bands in Brazil, it will be fine.

I have not used it in Peru, but I have used it in Germany, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Spain. It is a GSM phone, you should not have any problem using it in Peru.
Make sure you are getting the "unlocked" model, though. Otherwise you will get a phone that is locked to a specific carrier and that could be a problem.

It depends on what frequency bands the carrier you'll be using in Peru operates on. Be aware,though, that if you do buy a device from a US site, it will have a US warranty. You may want to consider local options.
