Yes, that is what we are using and the picture is great. The sound sometimes disappears if you move to a certain spot, but that is always a problem with rabbit ears.
Assuming they are HD "rabbit ears", then yes, it will work fine but it depends what OTA channels are available in your area. The OTA signal can actually be better looking than some cable provider HD channels because OTA channels are usually compressed less.
I am on DISH. I called them and they walked me through the programming code for my Samsung TV model. The DISH remote now controls the TV power, volume, channel change, everything.
