Even though the top-loading washer appears to have emptied all the water from the stainless steel drum, it’s common to hear or feel residual water when wiping down the drum. Small amounts of water can remain trapped in areas such as the drum’s seams, grooves, or the space between the inner drum and the outer tub. The washer’s drainage system is designed to remove the bulk of the water but cannot eliminate every drop, especially in hard-to-reach spots. This residual water is normal and typically harmless, as it will eventually evaporate or drain during the next wash cycle.

However, if a pool of water is found in the drum, it indicates that the washer did not drain properly. While small droplets or moisture on the drum surface are normal, standing water is not expected and usually points to a concern with the drainage system. Although the model does not include a separate compartment specifically for pods or tablets, they can still be used by placing them directly into the main detergent dispenser. It is essential to ensure the tablet fits properly inside the dispenser and that the dispenser door closes completely, allowing the detergent to be released at the correct time during the wash cycle.
