I would recommend completely uninstalling, then reinstalling the product. Follow the necessary steps in the Quick Setup Guide and refer to the User Manual for any other assistance.

If you still experience connectivity issues afterwards, then I would recommend bringing it, along with the receipt, back to the place of purchase to seek warranty replacement (providing it's still under warranty). If it's beyond warranty, then you will need to buy a replacement at your own expense.
