If you set your Location at the top of the web page the site will try to indicate if the device is available at a nearby store.
On the right hand side of the product page under the price you should see "In-Store Purchase Only:" followed by either a link to your selected Best Buy store if they have it or some other text to indicate you can search for local availablity.
Click on the text you and you should get a popup "Store Availability" dialog. From there you will see what local stores have it.
If your location is not set then you should be able to search by either city & state or zip code.
If you are using the mobile app to search, enable Location Services (aka GPS) and then let the app use that to find the closest store to your current location. It will also do the same availablity search of other nearby stores.
