Good Morning Anonymous,
We appreciate your inquiry! Some of our air conditioners are designed without a drain. In this case, condensation buildup is circulated across the condenser coil to help keep the coils cool and to maintain proper refrigerant. In very humid conditions, some water may still drain from the hole in the base of the A/C unit to remove larger quantities of moisture from the room -- this is normal. However, since the fan is blowing water from the side vent, this typically indicates that the unit may be improperly installed. We recommend tilting the air conditioner slightly to the outside to allow water drainage. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reconnect!
Thanks again!
