Although I'm right handed, I would say yes. It has an indentation on both sides for your thumb. The left/right buttons can be programmed 'backwards' if that's the way you're used to doing it. The 2 extra buttons are on the left side for a right hander's thumb. I would think you could click them all right with your ring finger.
Hello! Unfortunately, the M510 is a "right-handed" mouse due to the side buttons being on the left side. Most of our mice are going to be right-handed in this way. Any of our mice without the side buttons can be used left-handed. The M325 and M310 are favorites for lefties.
The wireless USB receiver to make the M510 mouse connect to your computer is included with the mouse. This will typically be store inside the battery compartment on the mouse.
It’s very easy. Open up the bottom of the mouse and remove tiny key (plug) inside. Plug it into a USB port on your laptop or computer. Turn the on/off switch to on (on the bottom of the mouse) and it’s ready to go!
You'll need to download Logitech's software called Logitech Options from their website, http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/wireless-mouse-m510/downloads#. You'll then be able to customize all of the buttons including the navigational ones.
I don't know which is which, but I have the one with just the Logitech name on it. It's horrible. You best try each and see. Personally, I'd go with a different mouse. The picture I posted has the logo, mine has the name.
This has just the "Logitech" logo on the top. But I have the same model (1.5 years older) with full logo and honesty I cannot tell the difference in feel or operation. I use both every day.
I am not familiar if it is compatible with a mac, however the laser, it takes th e place of the "old time" rubber ball to direct the mouse, and is more accurate when directing the cursor.
Not sure about using it with a MAC, but I would think it will work. The laser detects the mouse's movements across the desk or mouse pad instead of the old fashioned roller ball.
Yes, it is. Switching usb nano between PC and Mac is pretty easy. Does not required additional installation or software.Laser is faster and provides better stability on different surface, also it is much more reliable then optical mouse.
