Simple - feels great

This simple roller is very easy to use. Detach the roller, store in the freezer, attach to handle when ready to use. Easy to clean by wiping with rubbing alcohol.
I used it on my sore shoulder and it really works well. Can be used directly on skin (as long as keep moving), or over clothes. The cold felt great - like a combination of a massage and ice therapy. My husband loved it on his neck.
I only gave it four stars because it does squeak when you use it. I haven't tried oiling it yet because it's plastic. Also - it would be ideal if you could put the entire unit in the freezer, rather than having to keep track of the handle separately.
Overall I would recommend but would be nice to see an upgraded model.

Best Overall Creative Laptop

To start, this Dell XPS laptop comes in professional packing which mimics the elegant, sleek, yet simple design of this laptop. Included is a separate accessory that has an A and an HDMI port.
The laptop is heavier than other portable devices but the amazing display and performance of this machine are well worth it! The thin bezel on the 17" screen makes it seem much larger than it is. And with a 4K RGB high resolution, touch screen, 16:10 aspect ratio display - the visuals, whether watching a movie or creating graphics, are some of the best I've seen.
The performance and capacity of this laptop are stellar with 16GB of Ram and a large 1TB solid-state drive. Combined with the Intel Core i7 processor - this laptop functions with amazing speed and is a true workhorse without getting overly hot after all-day use.
One of the best features by far is the extra-large touchpad which works smoothly without being overly sensitive. That, along with a smaller yet still very functional keyboard, makes this a perfect laptop for navigating creative software.
This laptop is extremely quiet. It has two quality speakers, located on each side of the keyboard, with microphones by the camera on the top of the display.
Overall, for both performance and display quality, this is the best creative laptop I've used.

Amazing 14" Gaming Laptop

This laptop is so robust! It is lightning fast, does not heat up, and is able to keep up with mouse and trackpad game strokes. It is light and portable. The graphics/HD display are superb - perfect for games like Call of the Wild and Forza. The keyboard has a great feel and good backlighting. The CPU speed is amazing and great for graphic design programs which I also use this laptop for. The sound is really good as well - and there is virtually no computer noise.
It also comes with "Armoury Crate" which has its own key (very convenient) and allows you to quickly view everything related to gaming - game library, profiles, performance.
The only negative is that it does not have a built-in camera, which is not a big deal but would be nice for a portable laptop. For the price point, this is definitely robust enough for any gamer.

Solid Laptop

This mid-range Dell is very solid and great for an everyday use laptop. I like the power button being on the keyboard and the thought of having a fingerprint reader on it (however, it doesn't seem to read my fingerprint most of the time so I have to type in the PIN). I also like that the camera lens can be opened and shut with a slide button and has a low profile.
The setup of Windows 10 was very easy with Cortana and the mail setup was very fast. There was no way to print the lengthy license agreement - they must assume that most people don't bother reading it.
The laptop itself seems large for a 14" due to the thin-bezel screen. It is compact yet the keyboard is still large enough to prevent mistyping and the pressure needed for the keys is perfect. The touch screen and keypad are both sensitive and require very light touches (which I prefer).
The bootup is quick and the laptop is very fast with its i5 processor. The battery life is great with it being on my third day of use. The cover has strong hinges and I like that the screen can be positioned at any angle. It has a USB Type C power cord which is compatible with many of my other devices.
Overall, this is a very solid laptop for everyday use and everyday portability.

Solid Comfortable Headset

This Logitech headset is so comfortable I can wear it for hours. It lets me focus on what I'm watching or listening to and does an excellent job at cancelling the noise around me. I really like that I can charge it using the USB adapter, but then disconnect it to quickly plug into my phone. The controls (volume, call answer, fast forward, etc) are in the perfect location on the wire to easily reach and manipulate. This headset is my favorite!

Amazing Electric Kettle - great pour control

This electric kettle is great! It does not take up much counter room and has a very sleek design. It is easy to turn on and select the temperature. I like my coffee and tea hot so it's great that it has a wide temperature range. The best part of this kettle is by far the spout - the design is perfect for controlling the pour speed and location. You would have a hard time spilling hot water all over using this kettle. I really like this kettle - a great addition to my counter.

Lightweight and Unique

This cordless stick vacuum has a lot of positive features. It is very lightweight, the attachments are easy to interchange and the canister is easy to empty. It can also be used on multiple surfaces.
The unique feature of this vacuum is the UV light that kills bugs. There is no way of knowing if this works but the thought is great.
The downside of this vacuum is that it doesn't have the strongest suction - but it is definitely adequate for quick jobs. I also wish they would include a bag to keep all of the attachments in.
Overall a good little lightweight vacuum.

Functional and Aesthetical

This Circadian lamp is nice looking - clean lines - very aesthetic. I like that it is extremely easy to use with the control button at the top of the lamp. A slight touch will turn the light on, and change intensities.
At first, the light was a little bothersome since it is supposed to be very close to you (5-18") and off to the side of your face. I did get used to it, however.
I really haven't noticed any change in my energy levels, but it is summer, so I'm guessing any therapeutic benefits will be more evident in the winter months.
Overall, this lamp is good quality, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing.

Great Everyday Printer

This printer was definitely one of the easiest printers to set up. The Quick Setup Guide had five clear steps to follow and it connected to my Wi-Fi with no problem.
The print quality is very good. I keep it on normal for daily use and have used the Best setting for forms and even a brochure. More than adequate - especially for the price point of this printer!
I'm excited to see if the ink lasts a long time - up to a year as they claim.
I really recommend this printer. It is fast, easy to operate, and prints high quality.

Chromebook Quality at its Best

I have always liked Chromebooks for their ease of use, built in Google apps, and the Chrome OS.
This Spin 514 Chromebook by Acer is exceptional. You literally open it up and it turns on. The display is full HD with a narrow bezel that makes everything on the screen look excellent. The keyboard is very comfortable, quiet and backlit. The chassis is lightweight, but strong and the metal finish looks great.
One of the best features is the screen can be tilted to ANY angle, which is perfect for taking anywhere. Plus, it's crazy fast with the Ryzen 3 processor. The memory is more than sufficient for me since I store most things in the cloud.
This is one of the best Chromebooks out there - a pleasant surprise from Acer.

That would be a setting on you computer - under the Sound setting. When you plug in the the earphone jack, it should play back in your headset. If you want to hear it through your speakers, unplug the earphone jack (leave the microphone jack plugged in to record).
