The movie itself sucked. However, that's not what these reviews should be about. They should be about the quality of the 4k picture. With that being said, I wasn't impressed. Using BD Wise improved it vastly. However, it's still not that great. Very Grainy.

I returned this for the 27" version. This has an older chipset. You can't add memory this computer. You can with the 27". It's good if you just want a solid basic computer. I wanted something that was more evolving.

I replaced my 2009 imac due to it constantly freezing up and crashing. This computer is similar in many good aspects. The screen is much brighter. I haven't really pushed it to it's limits yet. I am very happy with it. The mouse is a little annoying. Sometimes it hesitates. It could be the battery.

Curious as to everyone's calibration settings. Trying to match store settings, but obviously not very easy. Any recommendations?
Use a combination of Rtings and Consumer reports. Rtings alone are a little dark. Never use the store settings. They are meant for very bright lights.

Which would you buy - assuming prices are equal at $1999 tomorrow? JS8500 or the Vizio P65-C1? I'd throw the KS8000 in but price won't drop fast.
JS8500. However, the prices are down for the KS8000. I'd go with it. The Vizio P is not compatible with Amazon Prime streaming.
