Love ghosts and this was SCARY!

So, it's late at night, lights are off, and hubby and I bundle in for a horror movie. And then it begins. Half way into this movie, I swear I hear things moving in the hallway, and suddenly, I'm asking hubby to stand guard over me as I go anywhere in the house, despite having every light in the house turned on, mind you. Yup, it freaked me out that much, this movie. Slow paced, but creepy as all h*ll!
FYI: I highly DON'T recommend watching this with your foot hanging off the edge of the bed. I say this because my foot lazily dangled over the edge, and only after a breeze hit my foot did I finally pull my foot away from the edge, certain things were waiting to grab me from under the bed. It was really distracting.

I got these for free with a promotion, so I installed them as they were intended: rear speakers. All I can really say is, while they DO provide extra sound to the soundless soundbar we have (also Samsung), these kinda drown out the meager volume provided by said soundbar, when in fact, I thought they would at least simulate surround sound. They don't. For being free, they're great. If you have to pay $129....uh, no!

I bought this because, frankly, there weren't too many options that wouldn't require a kidney's going price on the black market. The sound is really low. I think the max level is 40, or something, and at about 31, you'd better make sure no one is talking, and there's no overtly loud anything playing in the vicinity or you'll be asking yourself why, oh why, didn't I just cough up that kidney.

We first saw this flick in theaters after the world raved on and on about it. Hearing it all, our expectations were high, but sadly, the hype overshadowed the movie itself. The acting was meh. The writing was weak. The story was another resounding meh. That said, seeing it a second time on e I knew what to expect, I found it to be a mildly enjoyable flick for those times I'm in the mood for a mindless movie romp.
