Very nice, but....

The LG-UP970 has the potential to be 5 star; however, there are issues. We'll start with those, so we can end on the positives.
Dislikes: 1. The remote looks like one from a low end device. For it to work, it must be pointed directly at the device; close doesn't count. The on/off button will turn on the TV (non-LG) with the player, but it won't turn the TV off, thus requiring the TV remote. The volume selector does not work with a non-LG TV, thus requiring the TV remote. The response time is a bit slow on occasion.
2. To use closed caption, you must set it up before you start a movie. It cannot be turned on/off during play, which can be done with any other players I have. This is very annoying.
3. There are only two streaming sources available: Netflix and YouTube. Also, there doesn't appear any way to add others to the device menu. Presumably, you will be pairing this with a Smart TV, so it's not necessarily a deal breaker, just odd that LG doesn't include more. I have owned LG TVs which certainly offered more.
4. The device's physical size is wide, taking up much more space than my other 3D BD devices. Fortunately, I have plenty of room available; but, if space is limited, it could be problematic

LIkes: 1. Set up is very easy. Connect to TV, plug it in, connect to wi-fi, and you are good to go.
2. The video quality is excellent, especially when connected to a 4K UHD TV. Watching a 3D movie is amazing. People and objects look so real, it's almost like they are in the room with you.
3. Audio is very good, though one would expect better on a $300 player.
4. I have not experienced the noise other reviewers have mentioned, so no problem yet with that.

With the caveats of the cited dislikes, I would certainly recommend the UP970, especially if you can buy it on sale.

Indoor grilling done well

I've had the Philips Avance grill for a few days now and really like it so far. Assemble the parts (a snap), wash the grill, and it is ready to use. Because there are is no flame or hot coals to be concerned about, safety issues are minimized. To cook, use warming setting for a couple of minutes, switch it to "on," then load it up with whatever you plan to grill. I put 4 pork loin "steaks" on, and there was room to spare on the grill surface. Following the suggested cook time shown in the accompanying instructions, the result was very tasty. The infrared cooking process works well. Smoke was minimal, and any drip was caught in the pan (easily removable for cleaning) underneath the grill. Yes, the food may not have the same grilled flavor as from an outdoor grill, but it is the very best of any other electric grills I have tried. Clean up is easy, though not quite as easy as the promo materials imply.
I expect to get a lot of use out of this very nice grill, and the only problem that I have so far is figuring out where I will store it when it's not in use. I'd definitely recommend the Philips Avance grill.

When I first looked at the Gravity Neckband, I was curious but not bowled over. However, after getting it charged and trying it out, I was pleasantly surprised. I paired it with my iPod, a quick and easy process and plugged in my iPod earbuds. Once you get the neckband on your shoulders and around your neck, it's so lightweight you almost forget it's there. What you gain here is a way to listen to your device without the long cord having to be attached to your player, thus avoiding entanglements. Next, I tried the earbuds that come with the device. Sound quality is not quite as good as with the Apple ones, but they are not shabby at all. Lastly, the distance you can get from your device is excellent. Leaving the iPod in my living room, I got great reception through my two story house. This is a clever device that does the job it was meant to do.

Really Nice Headphones

I really like the Everest 310 headphones. Once the headphones are charged (USB cable provided), they paired very quickly with my Amazon Echo. After pairing, I turned them on to see how they worked. I was surprised at how quickly the music switched from the Echo to the headphones, faster than some other speakers that I have. The sound quality is excellent, for highs and lows, and the range of operation is very good. I went all over my house, up and downstairs with no loss of connectivity. In addition, they maintained connection when I went out onto my deck, which has been an issue with another set of quality headphones that I have. For the most part, they fit well on the head. My one issue is after wearing them for awhile they can get a bit uncomfortable, necessitating a slight adjustment. The other headphones I have are so comfortable I almost forget they are there; however, Bluetooth connectability is challenging when I'm out on the deck. That said, the 310 operating distance and sound quality is an acceptable trade off.

Great Mouse

The Anywhere 2S is all it's promised to be. Setup can be a little tricky, as there are no instructions with the mouse. However, if you go online to Logitech, you will find what is needed. The mouse is a small, light, good hand fitting bundle of options. It works on a glass table top as well as on a mouse pad and the tracking is spot on. It is fast, has an exceptional scroll function, and other operational buttons that can be customized with a large number of options. The ability to pair the mouse via Bluetooth to another computer is easy and affords an excellent way to file share. I have an excellent Logitech wireless laser mouse that I have had for some time, but the Anywhere 2S leaves it in the dust. I definitely would recommend it to a friend.

Very nice device

The Pro is quite a nice device for simplifying a highly connected home. Many types of devices (lights, door locks, certain appliances, etc) can be connected and controlled with it via smart phone or tablet using the downloaded app. Installation is easy, a definite plus. Range is very good, but not great. On my deck, I lost connectivity, whereas my regular wi-fi network has a strong signal. Since the Pro has an icon for connecting a bot vacuum, I attempted to connect my top of the line Samsung, but it would not work. As for controlling lights/plugs etc, if you have an Echo, it does the job nicely However, for someone who wants to control pretty much everything and is willing to spend lots of money on the devices to be controlled, I would certainly recommend the Pro. It's compact size is unobtrusive, will control a wide variety of devices, and has reasonably good range.

Very nice headphones

The ATH-SR6BT headphones deliver very nice sound quality, whether rock or classical. Because they do such a good job of shutting out external sound, it's almost as if you are listening in a concert hall. You can hear the highs as well as the lows. Given their bulky and heavy appearance at first glance, they are amazingly comfortable on the head and ears, allowing you to wear them for extended periods. Bluetooth pairing is a snap! These are not low end headphones, and they deliver plenty of quality sound for a reasonable price.
My one complaint is the rather short operating distance from the music source. If you are not wearing/carrying the source, such as iPod or phone. the optimum range is about 25 feet. I would like to use the headphones on my deck, but that is not possible, hence the 4.0 rating. Were it possible to rate 4.5 stars, I would have done so.
If my one issue is not a problem for you, I definitely recommend the ATH-SR6BT headphones.

Bad start, good finish

Getting the device set up is a challenge. Simultaneously, I attempted setting up on a Win10 device and an Android device. Both devices quickly showed the Extender's network name in the list of available wifi sources.
Soon thereafter, the name disappeared. I rebooted the Extender, but the network name would not come up. Also, when I tried the setup URL shown in the instructions on the Win10 device, it took me to a Bing search page. Next, I tried using the IP address provided in the instructions as an alternate, I received a message that the site couldn't be reached. After all this frustration, I gave it a rest and called Amped tech support. I spoke with a nice young man who asked me if a certain wireless ID (my network ID + RE) showed in my list of availables, and it did. He had me try several online sites to ensure it was working, and it was. So, do not rely on the printed instructions for troubleshooting. Check to see if your network ID+RE is listed. If so, you are good to go.
As to the device itself, it does extend reception range. Throughout my house, no problem Then, I tested by walking out the edge of my backyard, with positive results. Without the Extender, my device showed connected but no internet. With the Extender, I had internet. Rarely would I expect to use the internet out there, but it is good to know I could. Were it possible, I would rate the device 4.5, taking the other .5 off for setup.

Like a Swiffer WetJet on steroids

My first impression of the Bissell SpinWave was it didn't work, as nothing happened when I pressed the On/Off button as shown in the instructions. I found if you reverse Steps 2 and 3, it will start up just fine. That little hiccup was the only thing negative experience.
If you have used and liked the Swiffer WetJet, think of the SpinWave as a future generation of hard floor cleaners here now: powered wet cleaning and spinning heads to do the work. The device is light in weight for a powered device, and the motor is very quiet, a definite plus. As I used it and got more familiar with the operation, I found it to be very maneuverable, as the handle moves it easily in all four directions and allows you to get into small areas. Another design asset is the base unit holding the spinning cleaning heads is such that you can clean under the edge of low furniture so as not to leave a visible clean/unclean line at the furniture edge. The power cord is very long, so you don't have to keep changing outlets. In addition, the cleaning liquid is quick drying! It's to soon to know about long-tern durability, but based on the experience so far, I'd be optimistic. It seems too well thought out for durability to be overlooked in the design process.

Surprisingly Good

I had a rocky start with the Bit. First, the operating instructions are so tiny a magnifying glass is needed, and there is no information regarding charging. Perserverance and knowledge of other devices overcame those obstacles. Next, to make a test run, I paired it with my Echo. Pairing was quick and the music started; but, after a few moments, all went silent. To resolve that, I had to shut down the Bit and also reboot the Echo. Not liking that result, I moved on to pairing with my iPod. Once again, the pairing was quick; however, this time the music kept on playing. To push the limit, I left the iPod upstairs and walked throughout my house, Not until I went outside did it sputter, and soon as I stepped back inside, no more sputter. No worries, because it demonstrated a heck of a long range. So, if you are using the Bit when out walking or doing other things, there should not be any issues at all, because you'll likely have your source with you.
The audio reproduction is surprisingly good for such a tiny device. The clip for attaching it to your clothing or whatever is tight and of sturdy build. As to battery life, unless you are engaged in activity take more than a few hours, it should not disappoint. Because all functions are controlled by the + and - buttons, there is a learning process to remember which button or combination of buttons does what task. Even so, for $30, it's definitely worth the price.

Can this camera do motion tracking for People ONLY? And stay still for everything else? Or will it track every movement. I'd rather have it track people only instead of cars driving by etc.

If, instead of using the electrical plug for power, you want to plug into a power source with USB outlets, you will use it for the connection.

does it connect with local networks, abc, cbs, nbc etc? How many channels or what stations maybe seen in the Frisco, TX area?
Depending on how far you are from the stations' broadcast transmitters, you should be able to receive them. The Pro 60 has a 60 mile range.
