does the height measurement include the feet?
Yes, measurement includes full height floor to top of fridge.

Can the HANDLES be removed if necessary for moving thru a narrow opening?
I’ve seen two set screws per handle which seems to be way to take out handle, as a less invasive way than removing doors, to make overall depth narrower. Is that right?

Yes, the handles can be removed. When my LG French door was delivered, they had to remove the handles to bring through he front entrance door, instructions should have details.
