Great subs for regular batteries

These are great substitutes for regular heavy duty batteries but not replacements for high end alkaline batteries. Tried to use them with a small motor application, they couldn't reach the required RPM. That being said, they work great in mice and keyboards and remote controls.

With the downloaded software, this remote is a great tool for controlling your home media center. Because of the similarity of my setups, I am actually able to use this device on two different TVs and cable boxes. I also like the non-proprietary rechargeable batteries! It makes much more sense and is easy to replace or recharge in place. I wish I had gotten 3 of these in the first place.

My wife has both a Mac and a Windows OS run computers..
My wife uses a Mac for her creating of art type stuff and the Windows computer to run her websites. She wants to use this cloud hard drive to be able to store files to use interchangeably and also as back for both computers. Is this possible with this hard drive?
I believe the answer to your question actually lies in the file types she is using. Is she using files that cross platforms (ie .doc files for Word) or is she using MAC specific file types and trying to get them to a Windows platform? Since the Mycloud is a Linux device (Debian I believe) it simply provides a network storage area and will be OS agnostic in this regard.

I am worried that is someone can gets into the cloud and then they can have access back into my computer system or network
access back into my computer network through the cloud. Is there a way that extra security can be added to the clouds software? Maybe Bitlocker.
I found this link, though it seems outdated since updated firmware has been released and you are prompted to update firmware on accessing the device. Nevertheless, Here is the article from September 2015:

How many hard drives are in the 4TB unit (NAS) and can it be setup for RAID.
Does anyone know how many hard drives come inside of the 4TB unit and is the system software robust where it can be configured to run RAID
There is only room for a single 4TB WD drive in the device. I looked at a teardown of a 4TB cloud, it looked like a WD Red drive (NAS specific) and while the software on the attached board might allow for a hack to allow for a RAID configuration, there is only one SATA connection on the board and there is no room in the case for a second drive. So hacking a 4TB to make a RAID might be possible, but you would be better served to just purchase a mirrored 6TB unit or using a different unit for RAID functionality.
