Almost anything these days will play mp3's and most come with a charger/sync cable. The price depends on what else you want it to do.

i tried turning it off and that did not help
Did you try a reset? It would return your device to factory and possibly fix your issue. If the reset doesn't work then it's not software related.

Can you (Best Buy) repair/replace the headphone jack on an Ipod Touch 4th Generation
Headphone jack is lint/dust free, but the sound is still off and my headphones keep popping out. The jack seems to have worn out.
You can trade it in for another 4th gen or upgrade to a 5th gen

Do you guys repair iTouches? (still under warrant)
Hi, I live near a best buy but nowhere near an apple store. Not so recently (about a month or so ago), I was jogging and my iTouch flew from my pocket causing damage only to the outer screen. It still functions properly and I still have the warranty. So, my question is, if I bring it in to my local BestBuy can/will they repair the screen? And, if yes, will it cost me anything? (I read stories of people having the warranty so they didn't have to pay anything for their first offense)

How do I unlock my Sansa Sandisk Rhapsody MP3 Player
Right now my Sandisk is locked out. It will not play anything at all. It has been this way for 7 hours. Before that for the last couple of days it will not advance the songs automatically as it will just play the same song over and over again unless I manually forward to the next song. This is a real problem. I have had it for about three plus years and really have had no problems. What do you suggest that I do?
