I recently purchased a new 8 gigabyte sansa clip zip mp3 player and a 32 gigtabyte microSD card to boost the memory. I added about 28 gigs of music to the card and about 6 gigs to the player's internal memory. When I finished inputing the music files the player's screen read "refreshing your media". About 8 hours later the blue line on the screen was frozen at about half way finished. This reoccured a several times so I gradually reduced the amount of files on the card and periodically let it refresh my media to see if it would freeze up again. The unit finally finished refreshing at just under 18 gigs on the card but now when I turn the unit off and then turn it back on, it begins the refresh your media screen again. With18 gigs of music it takes about an hour to finish. Please explain why I'm having these issues. If I continue to reduce the amount of files it will defeat the purpose of getting the micrSD card. If this is a common occurance, why was there no warnings when I bought the items together?
