The glass seems very fragile, and in fact, we broke one of these already.
We also found that the included permanent filter's holes are so fine that they render the included paper filters useless/unnecessary (i.e. it takes 15 min to pour a full pot due to the fact that the water drips SO slowly when using a paper filter -- so much so that the coffee is mostly cold by the time you're done brewing). I've made several pots without a paper filter and the coffee tastes good and it drips much quicker.

the picture is sharp.
The smart TV apps (Netflix, etc) seem to take a long time to load after first turning on the TV. Our Samsung sound bar frequently turns off briefly when the screen goes black -- I'm not sure if it's registering the black screen as the TV being OFF, but we often miss a few small bits of dialog while waiting for the bar to turn back on (this didn't happen with our old Samsung TV).

Bad packaging

The packaging on this product wasn't great. It's a strange round metal canister that sits on a piece of cardboard to be propped up. It's not easy to store along with other blu rays. We actually returned this and exchanged it for a standard blu ray packaging.
