I found these speakers and when paired with matching door speakers, and an amp, I'm now pushing 1500 watts without dedicated subwoofers. Saves me the extra weight of a sub-box! I originally bought a Viper auto start only to later find out that the keyless entry key fob to my car would be disabled by the auto start and I'd have to use my keys. Also the viper remote can't be upgraded later if I wanted to add an alarm.
But I have NONE of those problems with the Compustar system! I love this thing. INTERSTING FACT: Compustar started in Alaska where we know what cold is!

Can this drive be used externally with a 2.5 enclosure, I want to use it to transfer data from an old laptop drive that's close to dieing ?
You can use the solid state drive as a traditional usb drive for backups. Try to get one with included software to make the cloning process easier. I had to make a backup disk, and it was a pain in the butt for me to figure out, but after that is done everything else is just so easy. I'm not a techy guy so I had to call the support guy for the company you mentioned. He sounds like Cristopher Walken. Lol
I love my solid state drive though and it really did make a huge difference in load times! Only a few seconds instead of minutes now!!!
