cheap mount that works, mounting process tricky

Inexpensive mount that does it all - tilt and swing. Tilt is limited in angles though. I attahced a 24 inch dell IPS touchscreen and it works great.
Only complaint is that if you have a decent weight monitor, it takes 2 people: 1 to attach the mount-screen screws and 1 person to hold the monitor; this is of course after the mount is already attached to the wall per its directions. Other mounts I have used have a 2 piece system: a wall attachment and the screen mount that clicks into the wall plate - that is much easier, but also more expensive.

Got this on sale after a lot of research. Bosch has best reliability based on CR. It operates pretty quietly. Don't expect any dry dishes unless you use auto function and use finish. Takes about 2 hours to complete cycle.

I upgraded from the iPad 3. Worth it! Thinner, lighter, 4 speakers, better processor for quicker gaming, and better web browsing. Very glad I was able to sign into the Game Center and keep my game progress like Clash of Clans. Only con has nothing to do with the iPad itself, but the lack of reasonably priced, perfect fitting cases. Either you pay riduculous price for Apple cover, which only fits perfectly IF you buy the back cover, or a smattering of other cases actually designed for the iPad Air, but "fitted" for the Pro.

Do I need an UPS?
I have a flat panel tv and soundbar plugged into an outlet that, when the air conditioner turns on, I get a momentary blip on the screen. Will a ups prevent this or what do I need?
a power conditioner would work, but i prefer a UPS with power conditioning so that even if your power goes completely out, u can continue to watch TV without a blip (unitl that back up battery runs out of juice)
