My only issue is that the quality seems a little flimsy compared to a pair of Sony ones I bought at the same price point. Personally, I'd go Sony.

a power conditioner would work, but i prefer a UPS with power conditioning so that even if your power goes completely out, u can continue to watch TV without a blip (unitl that back up battery runs out of juice)
