Fantastic Hard Floor Vacuum

The Hard Floor Hero attachment combined with the canister lift away feature is what makes this vacuum excel. The removal canister is lightweight and easy to carry around. Carrying the canister around with the hard floor Hero attachment allows me to clean everywhere on our hard floors. The attachment is steerable and easily maneuverable. I can vacuum under furniture, around chairs and up the stairs with ease and without having to move things around. The suction is also fantastic using this setup and will capture every speck and dog hair on the floor.
The downfalls are the vacuum base and carpet cleaning. Don't get me wrong, this vacuum cleans carpet and rugs adequately, but the base is not steerable, and while it's lightweight, not having a steerable vacuum after having one in the past is not fun. Also, to get the brush roller to continue spinning on thicker carpet, I had to adjust the suction on the vacuum. There is a slider on the of the handle where you adjust the suction depending on the floor type you are on. This slider seems to be a alternative to a height adjustment, but the instructions do not tell you this. So, for the thicker carpet, I had to adjust this slider and lessen the suction. To me it seems like the vacuum would be less efficient with less suction, but it did pick up a lot of dirt and hair out of the thick rug I vacuum almost daily.
I really like this vacuum and given the fact that we have mostly hard wood floors, I will love using it. It even can easily replace sweeping as a quick cleanup tool.
I highly recommend this to anyone with hard floors. Would not recommend as much for a lot of carpet.

Excellent sound and battery life

So far I've enjoyed every second of these Sony headphones. My main use for them is wearing at work and around the house. They are comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, the battery life is great, running over 9 hours on the first charge, and the sound is well above average, rivaling the best wired or other wireless earbuds I've had. Call quality is excellent, for both me and the person on the other end of the call. The floppy neck strap is far superior to stiff models, and feels like it will take a fair amount of punishment.
The only issue I've run into, which is not much of an issue, is the volume controls on the headphones and the volume controls on my android phone are independent of each other. So when I first turned them on and turned up the volume from my phone, the volume on the headphones was still very quiet. Once I figured out that the headphone volume controls operate independently of the phone controls, I was able to crank the volume up. Now I just leave the headphones turned all the way up and control the volume with my phone.
Overall I would highly recommend these great Sony headphones.

Great sound. Assistant, while smart, needs work

So far, Google Home has been a good addition to my home. Setup up could not be easier and I had her playing music from Google Play in no time. She is responsive and hears you from far away, and while she's waiting for input, she turns the music to a lower volume but it still plays in the background which makes the communication feel seamless. She also understands my wife and my little girls who can't exactly pronounce "google" just yet.
The sound is crystal clear, will get very loud and surprisingly fills our large vaulted ceiling living room. It is a bit heavy on the bass, making some music sound a little muffled, and I'm disappointed there are not equalization controls on the speaker or app. Maybe Google will add this later.

Excellent PC in a Small Package

So far this computer has more than enough power and RAM to run multiple apps at once with minimal lag. The small design looks great and the built in speakers actually sound really good.
The only issue so far is that it only has 3 USB 3.0 ports and no VGA or DVI port, so only newer monitors will work with this PC.
I woud recommend this PC to anyone looking for a slightly higher than average build in a compact design.

I am really enjoying everything this phone has to offer so far! The Pixel is a well built device with a simple and sleek design. It feels sturdy and solid in my hand. The screen is bright and gorgeous. Call quality is fantastic and the speakers are more than loud enough and sound really good for a phone. Tapping, swiping, and typing are all incredibly responsive with zero lag. One of my favorite features so far is the finger print id on the back of the phone. Using my index finger to unlock the phone on the back feels natural and feels like an upgrade from front touch unlocks.
Setup was a breeze. Google has made switching phones easy with the included adapter cable that will transfer all of your important data quickly with no hitches. The phone is quick, apps open and run with zero lag or glitches. I love the Andriod OS, and this is from someone switching from that other OS. I like the email system better, the message system better, the notifications better, and the sheer amout of customization is staggering coming from and OS where customization now seems like it was taboo. And the fact that this phone was made from the floor up by Google just makes things so much easier.
The only negatives I have been able to find is that it gets hot when running hard (not dangerously hot) and the phone is really slick so without a case it always feels like it's going to slip out of my hand.
I would absolutely recommend this phone to anyone. I really think Google has built a phone to contend with the best phones on the market.

Great Suction on all surfaces

This heavy duty and seemingly well built vacuum works as well as advertised with pet hair, but it also sucks up just about anything else on the floor or in the carpet from food crumbs to small objects without hesitation. I like all of the attachments and have found a use for each one, especially the turboeraser tool.
On carpet, the vacuum picks up the pile nicely and leaves a thicker rug or carpet with a good clean looking finish. The amount of dust, dirt, and dog hair pulled out of the carpet is staggering. The manual carpet thickness adjustment is a welcomed feature as previous vacuums I've had without this feature can be a bear to push through our thick living room rug.
On hardwoods, the same powerful suction is on display and the dog hair flies into the vacuum. It also picks up most other small objects with no trouble, and I've only had to turn on the brush roller once or twice to get something to vaccum up on the hardwood.
The two drawbacks are the weight and the lack of a hose extension. This is a very heavy vacuum, and if it weren't for the decent steering, it would be almost impossible to push around the room. Even then, steering this thing is more like driving a dump truck with no power steering than a sports car. Also, a hose extension would be nice that would allow the user to reach the floor from a standing position when using the hose.
All said, this is a fantastic vacuum, if heavy, and does the job it's supposed to without clogging or losing suction.

Fantastic router for streaming to multiple devices

Pros:
-Easy setup. Plugged this right up to my AT&T modem/router (AT&T device in bridge mode) and it connected right away with no settings needing to be changed.
-Speedy. This router somehow allows streaming to multiple devices without reducing speed or quality. Our slower internet speeds (15 Mbps down) usually slows to a crawl when streaming video to our TV. With this router, I can stream videos on multiple devices without any noticeable lag. I've had videos streaming on a TV, tablet, and phone simultaneously.
-Very Good Range. The range of the 2.4ghz network is incredible. The reach extends well out into my yard and up the road from my house. The 5ghz range is not as good, but setup gives you this information up front so I wasn't expecting a great range on the 5ghz.

I wasn't expecting much out of this tablet, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Setup is easy and takes only a few minutes, especially if you already have a google account. Apps are snappy and load quickly, the interface is simple and easy to use, and the battery life seems to be very good given how much my 3 year old has used the built in and very awesome kids zone app.
The Iconia does have a few issues. The screen resolution, while good enough for streaming videos, is definitely not the best I've seen. There is also a decent amount of glare on the screen as well. The speakers are very bad, sounding tinny with no depth whatsoever. The only other issue is the touch screen seems to lag ever so slightly on occasion. Most of the time it's extremely responsive, but every once in a while it will not register a key when typing or click a link when tapped. The touchscreen lag does not happen often enough to really be a deal breaker, but if it starts to happen more regularly, I could see it becoming a real problem.
Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives for this tablet. I would definitely recommend the Iconia One to anyone looking for a basic tablet for surfing the web, basic apps or consuming content online.

Maintains Speed but Range is just Okay

I received this extender and set it up in the basement to extend the signal from my upstairs router. This extender replaced one that is about 2 years old. Let me stress that my bandwidth is well below what this extender is rated to handle, only averaging about 15mbps download speeds.
Set up is a breeze, and using your mobile phone to set up is super simple. I selected the manual setup vs the WPS setup and setup was still very easy and direct. I also like the slim look of the extender.
Upon connecting to my wifi signal, I immediately noticed how the download speed is maintained better than my previous extender. There was barely any speed loss connected to the extender instead of my router where with my old extender, I noticed a difference. This was, however, sitting right next to the new extender. Moving away from the new extender I noticed that the range is no where near as good as the old one. I drop one bar on my phone's wifi indicator just moving to the next room over (my office) using this extender, compared to no bars lost when connected to my old extender. Even download speeds were slightly lower here.
From here I wanted to test the actual range of the extender so I walked upstairs and outside and immediately lost the signal all together as soon as I stepped out of the garage. So I was one floor up and maybe only 80 feet horizontally from the extender. My old extender would still have a signal all the way out to the end of my driveway. an additional 60 feet easily.
I was very disappointed in the range of this extender and have gone back to using my old one since it performs better extending the signal to my office. Again, however, this extender is supposedly made for higher speeds, which I don't have and can't comment to. I don't know that I can recommend this extender when I know there are others out there that have a much better range. It's very easy to set up and looks good, but unless you're just extending your signal to a single room, I wouldn't recommend this.
