I got this one just to see what all the hoopla was about. I kind of liked it. It was funnier than expected. I liked everyone in it, well, the grown up versions anyway. The kids were irritating. The movie served it's purpose. I guess I can recommend it.

I wasn't sure what to expect so I purchased this 4K blu ray out of curiosity. Besides, the folks who produce these incredible Imax films, MacGillivray Freeman always make interesting and enjoyable documentaries. Journey To The South Pacific is a wonder to look at. It is beautiful and very educational. I found myself lost in the locations. You can't help but appreciate the story and the journey it takes you on. The 4k image is spot on. The sound, the overall presentation, you feel like you're there.

This is my favorite Superman movie of all time, no matter what people say. None of the others, remakes, sequels, or what have you versions has had the same affect on me as the original 1978 theatrical version of Superman: The Movie. It has heart & soul, It has the right amount of humor not over the top, perfect memorable music, but most importantly, it is uplifting. This movie left me feeling so good that it has stayed with me all my life. This 4K version is the best I seen so far. It's an old movie so the print looks a little worn out at times but for the most part it is sharp and filmic. I'm glad that Warner Bros. released the original theatrical cut. My prayers were answered.

I never get tired of watching First Blood. I saw this movie when I was a teenager all those many years ago and it left an impression on me. It's more personable than the other two films, although, I like them too. The beautiful locations and woodlands always made me feel like going camping. The action in First Blood is more on the level than the other Rambo films but thats why I like it. Also, there a moments in this film that are heartfelt and thought provoking. You know, Its too bad, I thought this was one of Sylvester Stallone's best perfomances in any of his movies.

A film that made a statement and entertained at the same time. This is one of those movies where a lot of people either like it or dislike it,or it makes certain people uncomfortable watching it depending on where they stand on the politics of this movie. To me, its always been about the veterans and how they were treated during the Vietnam war. It's there in the midst of all the action.

I never saw this movie in the theater. Purchased it on blu ray out of curiosity. I thought it was going to be just another spy espionage flick. It was surprisingly good. I got into the story right of way. It has a good cast. The actors are solid. I liked it enough to purchase the 4k version. The picture was already good on the blu ray, but the 4k edges out the details a little better. Its worth it for $19.99.

I liked this better than the second one. Love the cinematography in it. The landscapes, the way the helicopters weave through the valleys are like eye candy. Yeah!, it's a little bit hoorah!, get them rotten Russians kind of movie but underneath it all there's a little bit of heart. It's Rambo! for goodness sake. Love it or leave it.

An odd film film that grows on you. You learn to appreciate it for what it is, if you can get past the quirky premise. It's sort of fun to watch if you aren't trying too hard to figure out whats going on.

This Matrix trilogy is a remarkable 4k upgrade. The difference is astounding. The picture and especially the sound, whoa!. While I favor the first two films I've come to accept the third as a necessary end piece. This is only because I've come I understand the world of the Matrix a little better, sort of anyway. You've got to have it in there just to complete it. Back to the transfer. It is up there in reference quality. It's the way 4k transfers should be done.
