The remote button is DEAD after one week of non-use after being taken out of the package and used one day. How do you change OR recharge the battery? How do you turn the bluetooth OFF so the battery doesn't go dead so quickly?

I have an HP Photosmart 6520 all in one printer that has quit printing in black
I have replaced the cartridge, and realigned, and cleaned print heads and still no luck, any suggestions
There are some things you can do. Make sure that they cartridges are installed correctly. Try and turn off the printer and restart it. Or try and remove the new ones and reinstall the old ones to make sure the printer can recognize that both the old and new cartridges are authenticated (a message should show up on the computer screen when they are installed).
