I have an HP Photosmart 6520 all in one printer that has quit printing in black
I have replaced the cartridge, and realigned, and cleaned print heads and still no luck, any suggestions
There are some things you can do. Make sure that they cartridges are installed correctly. Try and turn off the printer and restart it. Or try and remove the new ones and reinstall the old ones to make sure the printer can recognize that both the old and new cartridges are authenticated (a message should show up on the computer screen when they are installed).
