Do they make CD-R with more than 80min recording time?
I have a cd I wanted to burn a copy of that is exactly 79min 57sec. I can't get it to copy onto an 80 min cd.
Just use two disc or if you can change the space between chapters/songs/etc, they may shave off 15-20 seconds. Depends of what the media is.

What kind of CD do I need to burn part of an audio book to CD?
I have downloaded an audio book, in parts. The first part is only about 70 minutes, but it won't burn to my blank 80 minute CD-R (52x). Do I need some kind of disc?
You will have to to cut off at a particular chapter to fit most on the first disc and continue on the next disc. The average disc in 80 mins.
