Connection was very simple. No switches to figure out. It is an energy compliant product so it is fine to leave on everyday. I had read many reviews on the product and my guess is that it burns out in a year, that is because of 24hr continual use. When not in use, you can simply unplug.

The HP ink is a quality ink. There are a lot of companies out there that allow you to substitute but I find that the original brand of HP quality if backed by a guarantee. The instructions are easy to follow and it is also color coded on your printer. The printer also recognize the brand and offer other products and discounts on other HP products. I find that the quality is excellent with all my printing needs.

Do they make CD-R with more than 80min recording time?
I have a cd I wanted to burn a copy of that is exactly 79min 57sec. I can't get it to copy onto an 80 min cd.
Just use two disc or if you can change the space between chapters/songs/etc, they may shave off 15-20 seconds. Depends of what the media is.

What kind of CD do I need to burn part of an audio book to CD?
I have downloaded an audio book, in parts. The first part is only about 70 minutes, but it won't burn to my blank 80 minute CD-R (52x). Do I need some kind of disc?
You will have to to cut off at a particular chapter to fit most on the first disc and continue on the next disc. The average disc in 80 mins.
