The 4k screen looks great but between Windows 10 and a multitude of programs that are not well written it does handle scaling well. Text can be tiny. Changing the resolution and scaling works with limits. The desktop icons disappear. They are still listed, just invisible. Only the text is selectable. There are also issues with hinge design and tablet mode.

Whistling noise
Is it normal for there to be a fairly loud, high pitched whistling sound coming from the back of the washer during the wash and rinse cycle when the water sprays? It happened on the very first use and continues to do so. How that this be fixed?
No, I don't hear any sounds from the machine now that I've installed water hammer arresters. Well, maybe the hum of the spin cycle but not what you're describing.
