I love what the nest does. It only took a couple of days to figure out when we got up, when we went to bed and when we went to work. I also like the ability to set it remotely since I always forget to set the temp when I leave, so now I can do that via my phone. I had a full receiver powering my backyard, but due to some remodeling, I needed to reconfigure, that is when I settled on the Sonos Amp. It powers my 6 speakers wonderfully. (I do have a Sima speaker switch in between) I wish I had added this earlier. I have also added separate Sonos speakers for other locations in my house and love the functionality. If you are considering Sonos, feel safe in knowing you are making a great choice!

In my mind, this is a must have for GoPro owners. Yes, there are other mounts you need/want, but this is extremely versatile. With a 2" mouth clamp it fits a lot of things and you can use the neck as a handle for other videos. You can bend the neck in various positions. This has to be one of the most versatile mounts on the market.

The only downside is only one port charges when plugged into the AC adapter. However, if plugged into a computer, all charge. So in my mind the AC cord is worthless. That isn't why I bought it, so cannot drop it more than one star for that. If you have a computer that is lacking 3.0 USB's but you need more, this is your unit!

I am just wanting to steam movies from my Laptop to my TV (Basically mirror my laptop). Is this going to work? How bad is the lag?
It will work for this. It takes any HDMI signal and sends it to the receiver. If you have your laptop on your lap and watching TV you are going to see a slight lag. If you can hear both signals, you will hear the lag, but if one is in one room and the other elsewhere, you shouldn't notice the lag. I have it on a cable box in one room and a TV outside. The lag isn't an issue for me.

This is a microSD card, so you probably need a SD card adapter, but yes it should work with your laptop.
