This is a typical Apple issue, after thinking i have the right one it turns out that there is a tiny difference and i had to swap it and pay more for the right one. Like most Apple products everything has a singular purpose, from iphone chargers to laptop display adapters you are going to have to really look hard and then triple check to make sure you have the correct one, and even then you can still end up with one that doesn't work for your needs. The good news is that once you do find the right part it will usually hold up pretty well. Buy with care and know what you need and you should be fine. Better yet if you can bring the item you are looking for the part for with you and check it in the store after you buy it to make sure and that way you save yourself a trip.

The SanDisk Cruzer series USB drives are extremely reliable, durable, flexible, and seem to last the test of time. I have purchased many different brands and sizes of flash drives and i am never disappointed with these, be it 4,8,16,32,64, or 128GB they have and still do serve me well. They are great for backing up, or transporting data quickly and easily, additionally they are small enough to not bother your pocket yet large enough not to lose them. I would highly recommend the Sandisk brand USB Flash Drives, SD Cards and MicroSD cards, you won't be disappointed.

Upgrade & Save Double Disc?
Are Upgrade & Save coupons based on title or number of discs? There are some special edition DVDs that I have that I would like to use for Upgrade & Save to Blu-Ray that contain 2 discs. Do I receive 2 coupons or is it simply 1 coupon per title?
You need to bring in the complete set, so if it is a 2 disk set with a blu ray and dvd then you cannot keep one and turn in the other for a coupon. Just put yourself on the other end of the deal, would you want to pay $xx.xx for a 2 disk movie set that only has one of the formats of disks? I don't believe you would so it is only fair that you return both. for example the Fast & Furious series of films originally were hit and miss, some came with only a blu ray OR DVD while others came with a Blu Ray AND a DVD, now you can get a steelcase set that comes with Blu Ray, DVD, & Digital Copy. This would be a prime example of were you would want to trade in your original Fast & Furious 1,2,3,4,5,6,&7 and get the complete steelcase set that has everything you want and in a nice steelcase to boot.

I got 2 of these WD5TB Ext and they do NOT come with any disks, it seems that the software is pre-installed on the drives. It comes with dotNetFx40, WD SES Driver Setup, WD SmartWare Setup (which is what you were asking about), WD Driver Utilities Setup and WD Security Setup. Great product with the exception of the USB cable (the single row as opposed to the more stable/less likely to get bent double row cable), but for the price its hard to go wrong. I just wonder if you can remove them from the case and put them in a NAS, or your own enclosure......hmmm, anyway, that should answer all your questions, good luck, VipersHardware.
