When my Samsung Galaxy S5 had a motherboard crash, I wanted a temporary phone too hold me over until the new I-phones came out. Purchased this refurbished Motorola Moto G Play. Lasted a week before the microphone stopped working. Had to put out more cash to exchange the phone for a new one off the shelf. Best Buy guys and gals not the issue. They were great! The work on the refurb phone or the quality of the equipmernt is the issue. Maybe refurbished phones are not a good investment because of not knowing what was fixed in the process or not knowing how the prior owner cared for the unit.
