Best ink for HP printers. Never smears, dries quickly, vibrant colors, and more reliable then the third party ink refills you could buy to try to save a few pennies.

Yes, you connect to usb port with the cable included in the bo to charge the keyboard. You can leave it connected to the usb port if you want. It will operate perfectly normal, and it will not over charge.
