Although I eventually returned the product for the Ecobee4 I had no problems or issues with this product. The men were very friendly and professional. That being said, there was damage on the installation of my washing machine. The delivery guy explained that the issue was totally his fault and explained to me exactly how to go about getting a new washing machine. If not for the dent, this would be a five star review.
