Got this as an emergency replacement for an old 19" monitor which failed with no warning. Was one of two I looked at on sale. Even the Best Buy guys trashed the other similarly-priced one they had. (Same as my own opinion before I even asked them.) This one is sharp & clear and it seems to load images faster than my old one, too. Currently running on a Windows 7 machine which I expect to replace within a few months, so I'm not using HDMI (no port on this machine). Whatever I buy will be Windows 10 and have HDMI, so the included cable will be put to use then.

Tablets don't come with enough memory. This added 4x the capacity the tablet came with. Would have bought a 128 GB if I could have afforded it (this was on sale at a great price). Only thing is, the tablet co. makes it hard to move files back & forth to the card, and many apps simply can't be moved to a card at all. This is an issue with tablets, though, not with the memory card. Stick with putting files, photos, music, etc. on it but don't count on being able to put apps there.

Wanted something more portable than my 17" laptop and this fills the bill. There's somewhat of a learning curve in going from a Windows system to an Android, but it's manageable. Go for the free Geek Squad consultation and maybe the free Samsung workshops and you should be fine. For those with previous Android experience, it should be easy. I like the long battery life. Still trying to figure some things out, like how to print from it directly without going through the Cloud and back down to my laptop, but that's a function of Android, not the hardware. Overall, nice machine.
