...for the most part. The system quality is excellent. The ease by which game modes and controllers are swapped out is intuitive and seamless. The system and screen look and feel great. The size of the system is disarming...you won't believe how small the tablet (system) really is! A reaction that immediately fades when you begin playing and you realize it's a perfect form-factor.
The dock is a miss. It's clunky, feels a little cheap, and threatens to scratch your switch screen with repeated use. INVEST IN A GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR. The charging port is USB-C, which is great, but it should have been on the top so it could be charged while in kick-stand mode. The kickstand also feels very cheap. I'm looking forward to Nyko's metal stand alternative.
Overall, a solid system with a LOT of potential. Breath of the Wild: STUNNING. If you get a Switch, you MUST MUST MUST get Zelda. Splatoon: Excellent. A great team-based "shooter" with a surprisingly robust single-player mode. Mario Kart 8: Great on the Wii U, even better here.

The value of the package is excellent. It's a great bluray transfer, and the addition of digital copy and DVD is icing on the cake. This just leaves the movie....which is, admittedly, a mixed bag. No, it is not one of Disney's best. Yes, they do reuse animation cells from previous movies, which gives the production a bit of a cheap feeling. However, for young children or nostalgic viewers, these issues are easily overlooked or ignored. I personally enjoy the film enough and find there is more than enough here to warrant the $9 asking price.

It's amazing how well the visuals have been cleaned up. And on bluray? These look like films that could have been made yesterday. Unfortunately, they're the Speical editions which, as we all know, is the only way to watch these films on modern formats. Still, if you can look past all that, the visuals are gorgeous, and the audio is PHENOMENAL.
