great camera easy setup but talking needs help

great camera and easy setup but I purchased the pro for the feature of being able to listen and talk to the person on the other end of the camera. Unfortunately it has a stupid feature where you can only talk to the person if you can't hear them. You basically have to press the mike button hold it down turn off the mike feature and listen to the person response and if they respond before you turn off the mike you can't hear them. So I have to have the other person either wait 5 seconds before responding to give me itme to turn off the mike and turn on the listen button or have them wave at me to let me know they heard me. It's kind of like a walkie-talkie but slower cause of all the buttons you have to press just to talk and hear the other person on the other end of the camera. I like my other wired camera better where I can press mike and just talk and hear myself talking on the other end but still her the other person on the other end also.

needs to be connected directly to onboard hdmi port on laptop so it won't work on a Microsoft book with an hdmi adaptor. had to return the book and a heavy camping laptop. other than that it was an easy setup and fun to play with.

I had to make an appointment which I guess allowed me to jump to the front of the line once they found out I was waiting for my appoint time which had passed already since the line was long. might be a better idea to have someone or a sign in sheet to allow them to look at so they know if someone with an appointment is waiting for them already instead of waiting in line behind people and missing the appointment time because they are waiting in line to get helped.
other then that once you get someone they are pretty helpful. of course some techs are more helpful and knowledgeable then others so it's kind of the luck of the draw.
I also don't like the fact that they want to keep your item for 6 days and expect you to live without it. they don't offer loners and not sure if they understand but if the item is used for your business that becomes a problem.
over all I don't think I'll be buying this service anymore and if my product breaks I'll have to hope it's within the time frame I can return it so I can just get a new one or return it all together.
