The Fitbit Ionic came with two blue gray bands (large and small). It would have been nice to have just included one better quality original band. I now have the two which came with the watch and this one.
This works better with swimming. However, since they are easy to change, I switch them out sometimes when charging the watch.
I can also mix pieces from the original bands to make the equivalent of a medium band, so I have some versatility.
I just wish Fitbit carried a decent metal band. I’ve seen third party metal bands listed on the internet, but not available at Best Buy.

Good Fitbit Watch

Okay, a lot of reviewers complained about it not doing all the Apple Watch does. Fine, I didn’t want an Apple Watch because I don’t want to answer the phone, send texts, and pay for things with my watch.
I wanted to continue with Fitbit tracker having gone through Fitbit One. I have over 8,500 miles tracked on Fitbit devices.
It takes some getting used to it tacking based upon having the arm free instead of having the tracker clipped on a pocket. For example, pushing a mower registers as “outside bicycle.”
It tracks my swimming and does a great analysis of exercises, showing the time in cardio, peak, and fat burning mode based upon heartbeat and tracks sleeping.
It was on sale for $50 off and I had a gift card (traded in older technology) and Best Buy rewards adding up to around $150, making it roughly around $100 out of pocket.
If you want the continued workout summaries Fitbit is known for, this is good.
I liked my Cassio GShock solar atomic clock watch and clip on Fitbit One. Now I have heart rate monitoring and ability to track swimming.

I recently updated to the new iPad and sold back my iPad Air 2.
The overall dimensions are similar, but the new iPad is a little thicker so the casi I had for the previous device did not grip securely.
Although the new iPad and this case are a bit heavier than what I had, it is very versatile with its ability to be rotated around.
Also, we had the trade in Best Buy gift cards from traded in iPhones and iPad to apply to new cases.

We replaced an Electrolux vacuum we had purchased several years ago. It had lost its suction and wasn’t doing the job.
I had looked at product reviews and this vacuum had great reviews.
I like the versatility of sliding off the canister for conversion from upright to canister.
The suction of this new machine is awesome. It even has a slider/adjuster to reduce suction by opening air holes. Even with minimum suction power (more holes open), it is stronger than what we had. On maximum (no air holes open), it really kicks.
For all it’s power, it is lightweight and compact, especially when stripping it dose to canister mode.

Nice New All in One Printer

We purchased this printer to replace an earlier HP printer. Our old printer was starting to jam up, smear ink, and make a lot of noises. It also was going through a lot of ink cartridges.
This new printer has all the features we had on the earlier printer plus automatic paper feeder and two sided printing.
Considering the cost of replacing the ink cartridges, the new printer wasn’t much more expensive than a set of ink cartridges.
The new printer is a lot quieter.
Although I hate getting rid of the old printer, it is really cost effective to just go ahead and buy the newer technology as it isn’t worthwhile even trying to repair an old printer.

Great Solution to Rear Surround Speakers

We had wires for the rear surround speakers put under our laminate flooring years ago. Subsequently, we had rearranged furniture and ended up with the rear speakers in really bad locations for the present seating arrangement in the living room. We also are considering updating the flooring, which would have presented problems when laying the new floor.
Solution: Rocketfish system allows placement of these rear surround speakers anywhere in the room.
It works great with our Yamaha home theater system.
All I jad to do was cut the wires at the baseboards, attach short wires to the rear surround outputs and to the sender unit, attach short wires from the receiving unit to the speakers, plug in the units, and do the Yamaha home theater system setup diagnostic to balance the system.
It certainly beats feeding wires under flooring or drilling holes in walls and trying to feed wires through the holes.
