Great mid level headphones

Headphone ratings are completely subjective when it comes to mid to high end audio. When someone tells you they like a pair of headphones because they like this and that. Try to remember that if you don't share their feelings...you won't like how the headphones sound.
These are excellent when it comes to listening to natural sound. For me, the mid to high end bass was sharp and clear with just enough punch. The mid-range is where these are absolutely excellent. The highs were bright but crisp and clear. Vocals and dialogue were also well represented.
This is an open back headphone so you will have a full sound stage when it comes to your listening experience. Air can go in and out. This is what gives it a natural open sound rather than closed backs which isolate only what you're playing. If you are around people they will think you are blasting music even if you have a normal volume. All they hear is faint and muffled sounds of course. And yes, you can hear them if they are loud enough. This is purely personal preference. I have a pair of each so it depends what you're listening to.
If you enjoy the thump and distortion of the low end deep bass then stay away. These cans are meant for range and clarity. They are also best when plugged into your amp/receiver. This would explain the 1/4 inch plug on the 10 foot cord. It comes with a 1/8" adapter. I purchased the 6 foot 1/8" cable direct from the company as the cable is detachable.
I mostly use these for all music and drama and comedies. I switch to the closed backs on action movies. That doesn't mean they sound terrible with action movies. They actually do a great job. I just prefer to use a different set.
Construction is solid and strong. Ear cups are very comfortable I didn't start to feel any discomfort until after 5 hours of continual use.
This use to be almost $300 when it first came out but if you can find them now they are a bargain.

Excellent movie and blu-ray

The movie looks great. It is the same blu-ray as the one that was first released. The only difference is packaging, an additional feature and digital copy. Depending on when you get your digital copy it might not be available in HD. The blu-ray has all the prior features and extras from the last DVD release. Great blu-ray replacement/addition to the collection.

This one works better than the previous version. I can't remember if it was number 36. I'm not sure if it's has anything to do with the PIXMA but colors do come out better. Ink dries faster too.

This thing works great. I have two dogs and vacuum at the least every other day. I had a Hoover before so I kept the old attachments to use for this one. The only bad thing about this one so far is the lack of extra attachments. I believe there is a pricier model that includes the attachments and a larger canister. Suction is very strong so I advise to be careful on loose carpet and rugs. The two filters really helps. There is a washable filter at the top and a HEPA filter at the bottom which is not washable. The light weight really makes it easy to get around the house.

Highly underrated movie

Without giving away too much, I will say this is a way better movie than you've heard. If you're sick of all the dystopian movies without intelligence or thought then this one is for you. It's too bad this did not receive the marketing it deserves.

Best edition of the 2nd chapter

This is the best edition of the 2nd chapter. Since none of the retailers have any exclusive content on the blu-ray disc, this is the version to get since it comes with a replica of Thorin's key.

Good cable for extension. Does what it's supposed to do. Wouldn't mind having an 8 or 10 foot option. Cable is well shielded and does not feel thin or cheap.

Good blu-ray, decent movie

The packaging is very cool for this edition. Of the exclusive editions this one was the one I preferred. I usually choose content over packaging but when all content is equal, I default to packaging. If you've been following the Transformers movies, you'll know that they've gotten progressively worse. This one was not as bad only because the third one was so terrible. It's brainless fun entertainment.
