Lovely product except for dumping waste water

Unit came with cleaning fluid sample that was good for two full reservoir tanks. Any Bissell cleaning product will work with unit. This product is very easy to use. Water fill and cleaning fluid fill lines are easy to see. Loading clean water (use hot water from tap. Do Not use boiling water) was a snap. Attachments are easy to understand & use, and come with their own mesh bag so parts are less likely to be lost. Attachment for upholstery works really well, giving you the option of dry or wet mode. Both the regular cleaner and stair/upholstery attachment cleaned the carpet very well. I didn't realize how gross the tenant left the carpet.
Based on the previously mentioned features, this product would rate 5 stars. However, one must take into consideration the poor waste water dispenser design. There are no seals on the waste water reservoir to prevent leaks. One must be extremely skilled & careful on removing the waste water reservoir lest dirty water be spilled all over the place. You have to tip the waste water reservoir over quickly when emptying in sink/toilet to prevent more spills. If this flaw was addressed, ratings would increase. Would also recommend to everyone if/when that issue was addressed.
Unit weighs 30-40lbs without filled reservoirs, and 50-60lbs with water. Product rolls smoothly. Wheels are quiet on hardwood floors (didn't use on hardwood; just rolled across them to get to more carpeted areas)

The headset is really good for gaming & non-gaming usage. The padding is such that it doesn't push much against the ears, which makes it comfortably fit AROUND the ears. Microphone being retractable into the ear piece is AWESOME so you don't have to worry about damaging it or it catching on anything when not in use. Cord is good length. There is also an extension/splitter included so you can go from headphone only to headphone/microphone use. Only drawbacks are (1) the cord can become twisted/kinked and needs unwinding/untangling, (2) audio plugs can be hard to remove from jacks due to their small size / lack of grip, and (3) it's easy to bump the audio control that's on the cord to accidentally make the volume too loud or low. If you don't *have* to be wireless, this is the best bang for the buck versus their Bluetooth version, which is $20 MSRP more expensive. Overall, however, this headset is superior to Turtle Beach's Ear Force X12 IMHO.

Lovely packaging (I plan to reuse the box). Setup of three pods took approximately 45mins. Google app requires bluetooth & locator to be turned on during the setup. After first hub setup, app would report error configuring additional wifi points. Editing each additional wifi point, however, seemed to fix the problem. It reported a couple devices on the wifi as "Chrome OS device", but didn't report device name to make it easier to determine what else was on the network.

Easy to use, not so easy to read instructions

The unit fully charged within two hours. Nose hair, body shaver and guides worked perfectly. Unit came with a bag to hold all its accessories. There are no pockets within the bag so everything is jumbled all together. That makes it more likely to lose an attachment without realizing it. Also, the instructions are on a huge fold out with English on one side and Spanish on the other. You have to lay it out on your bed to read thru it all. Folding it up had a degree of difficulty; it was like the old days of trying to fold a map back up neatly. Given lack of organization inside bag and map-like instructions, only give 4 out of 5 stars.

easy setup, lots of features

It took longer for us to move the cable modem to a central location for setting up this wireless wifi router for better coverage through the house. It was super quick and easy to configure the router for use. Only time I referenced the quick setup guide was to know the default SSID for the router and its default password. The rest of its setup was smooth & intuitive. I didn't realize there were so many features available on this product, however, you can't access most of it until you've setup a Linksys account online, which also allows you to access your router & change its settings when you're away from your home. You also have to setup your Linksys online account before you can assign a customized name to the 5GHz portion of router or change the default router address (all the better to avoid neighbors' routers using the same IP & thus preventing you from accessing your router setup via wifi). Other than that, love that you can prioritize devices, applications and online games (wish EQ was on that list; it did have EQ II & WoW tho) and set parental controls on individual devices. This is the largest (physical) wifi router I've owned before; no hiding it behind the tv or mounting it on the wall.

This sleek, lightweight tablet is a joy to use. It was simple to pull it from its box upon purchase and walk thru the prompts to set it up. Its battery was at 70% capacity upon me pulling it from the box. Love when you don't have to wait for a device to be fully charged before you can start using it. Haven't used an Android-based tablet since my 16GB Galaxy Tab 2 days, so was pleasantly surprised that entering my Google account info during the setup phase gave me the option to install the same apps I'm currently using on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Battery life on device seems to be 6-7hrs. It can run a bit warm if you're running super intensive games on it, but it doesn't seem to overheat. Easy access to microSD slot too.

good deal if you can get it at 50% off

Unit takes up more than one slot on power strip even if you have it at the end of the strip. Same for most wall outlets. If you can get this unit as part of Best Buy's Deal of the Day, it's worth the $50 for a self-contained device that can charge devices that use micro USB and lightning connections. I like that it's all-in-one so I don't have to worry about misplacing any part of it to charge it or use it for my Samsung S3 or iPad mini. Haven't tried charging a device off it using the standard USB connection yet. @Greg commented on how you have to contort the included connectors to connect to devices -- he is correct. I have yet to use mine so much as it's hard to put the attached connectors back into their slots on the device, but I have noticed it's hard to attach the connectors to my devices to ensure a good fit (they actually click into place) and that charging will take place. I wouldn't pay $100 for this product, but $50 is doable.

Best Buy rep installed the screen onto my iPad2 for me. I didn't realize there's normally a $15 charge for the service, but he waived the cost for me since I also purchased a $50 iPad2 case. You can't even tell it's on the screen after it's settled "in" for 48hrs.

Great movie

When you receive this item from Best Buy, unlike the photo depicted on the website, it will not say a digital copy is included. I had to have a Best Buy rep at the store open it for me to verify there was a digital copy included, which does have an expiration date during 2013 if I recall correctly.
As for the film itself, it is really good. I wouldn't have tried to get this item with a digital copy so I can watch it multiple times on my laptop & iPad otherwise. I hadn't seen it in the theater, but I can imagine the effects would've been even more impressive on the big screen. Awesome acting by all involved. It's a story that definitely keeps you thinking later.

I didn't get a chance to watch this in the theaters, but I'm glad I snagged the BR/DVD/DC version that was available from Best Buy when it was released. Brad Bird (Pixar's The Incredibles) did a wonderful job going to live-action. Cruise was a bit wooden, but the others were good. LOVE Simon Pegg as Benji!!! The beginning reminded me of Bond flicks but without the naked women & the tv show beginning. Am tempted to pull out my laptop & have it playing again in the background while I work on some reports. Some awesome one-liners in there. Simon Pegg was da bomb! :)

I have att diverse internet. Will this replace them. What is monthly charge for Google wifi
There isn't a monthly charge for Google, but it isn't an Internet Service Provider. You would use it to extend your wifi access in the house off your cable modem, which would be connected to your Internet Service Provider. You don't have to have a particular ISP for this to work, but you do have to have one if you want to be able to connect to the Internet.

I still need a paid hard wired phone line and a modem to use this device. ?? if so, where would it have any benefit for a small 1500 foot home. ??
You don't need a phone line for this device. You connect this to your cable modem to give you wireless access in your house. Then the other hubs wirelessly connect to them main hub to extend your wifi coverage in the house.

Will these work on a regular Verizon broadband? They don't offer the fios out where I liv yet
It acts like a router so you would still need to have a cable modem in your house to connect it to your Internet Service Provider.

Does this replace my comcast router? How does the cord from TV connect to it? Also will Nest and Wemo connect with it?
it replaces your router. the only connections on it are for network cables. otherwise you'd have to connect your TV to it via wireless lan.

These did have a clear "sleeve" going across the front & back. You would open it flat to slide an insert between the case & the sleeve. We have transitioned 90% of our movies from regular cases to these slim cases and saved a ton of shelf space. You will need to trim the edge(s) of the insert if you're transferring it from a regular case to these slim cases.
