This HDMI cable features up to 10.2 Gbps bandwidth and is compatible with most HDMI sources, including Blu-ray Disc players for stunning high-definition images. The 6' cable also supports HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC) and Audio Return Channel (ARC) for wide-ranging use.

Good low cost cable

These days, one HDMI cable isn't that different from another. The only time you can see it matter is when you are going a long distance, over 150 feet. For a simple 6' cable like this, one is just as good as another. Dynex is a good budget brand

Brace yourself for a new set of tricks, tracks and ways to race. The included Wii Wheel transforms your Wii Remote into a steering wheel that feels great in your hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller supply a classic control style for veterans of this racing series. Either way, you'll be able to perform impressive speed-boosting tricks, such as jumps, flips and wheelies. You can zip through brand-new tracks and arenas, and also tour classic courses from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. There are even options for trying all-new motorbikes that have their own special tricks and techniques. The action gets fast, furious and funny when you race in Mario Kart Wii.

Excellent game

I really enjoyed playing this game. Choosing between the different characters and cars makes the game very personal.
I also enjoyed playing the multi-player. I wish as you play though it would open more tracks and cars while in multi-player. But still fun
What's great about it: classic game play
What's not so great: only single player advances opens more items

need a new tower

Is there an inexpensive tower that comes with Microsoft Office, including Access, included?
A full install of Microsoft Office is not included on any computer. There are normally trials installed with a link to purchase the full software.

I've attached the version of office with access and a simple desktop

Does the m51bcus003s really sell without an hdmi output?

I find it hard to believe that a raedon 8570 doesn't have an hdmi slot as the specifications state.
I searched AMD for this card and it has:
HDMI
VGA
DVI

Not sure why the specifications are incorrect. Maybe it doesn't have a native HDMI out, one that is built into the motherboard.

I need a desktop to run 2014 quickbooks pro with payroll what would be the best computer to run it fast ? I don't want a all in one unit

I have been running quickbooks on dells have been happy time to upgrade really only need CPU tower like to keep monitor and keyboard and printer want a CPU that will last about at least 5 years!
On QuickBooks' site, http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/articles/INF24382, they recommend a computer to have 2GB of RAM, 2.4 GHz processor, and 3GB of hard drive space. The computer I've attached meets that and more. It should last for a few years.

How do I fix the color saturation on my tv when using this?

When I connect my laptop to my Samsung tv using this HDMI cable, the colors are ridiculously bright and oversaturated - everything is all green, pink, blue, and yellow. I've tried changing all the picture settings on the tv, but nothing helps. I've tried unplugging and replugging the cable. I've tried switching between the HDMI 2 (DVI) and HDMI 1 (STB) ports. I have only one HDMI port on my laptop.
There is a chance the issue could be with the cable. If it isn't the cable and you've tried different setting on your TV, then it sounds like the computer isn't pushing a good signal.

Try rebooting your laptop with it connected to the TV and see if that helps any. Also, try running Windows Update and see if there is a driver that could help; plus if your TV came with a disc, try running it also.

Is there a significant performance difference between dual/quad chips?

only when using applications that utilize multiple processors. Watching a video or playing some games, will still use the same number of processors regardless if you have 2 or 20.

check your programs and see if they can handle multiple processors, if so, yes you will see an improvement with more processors

compressed vidio files

I would like to know if there is a computer that can de-compress a vidio file that is sent to me so it does not look like I am looking through a pop bottle lense?
if the video was sent to you at a small resolution, meaning small in size, it won't matter the computer you view it on. If you enlarge the video it will always look like that pixelated.

for the video to look smooth and large, you will need the video at a higher resolution, period.

looking for new home tower

need to get a new tower... what is the best thing to get that isn't going to cost a fortune. Used for school work (high school), storing photos & personal info and part time work stuff. Not sure on speeds/memory.
for standard computer usage, not gaming, getting a new computer with an i3 processor and 2GB/4GB of memory should take care of you. I would aim for a 1TB hard drive so you will have ample room for photos and such.

if you do game some, or use photo editing software, always check the suggested specs for the best experience. An i5 processor will do good in these cases

Are integrated graphics sufficient for my purposes?

I'm looking at 2 HP desktops; one has integrated graphics and the other has a discrete ATI Radeon 512MB card (HD5450). Shortly after I purchase a new desktop, I intend to also buy a 22 or 23 inch LED backlit monitor, probably the LG or the Samsung.

I don't play games, but I want to get as bright, sharp and rich a picture from the display as it's capable of displaying.

Would the image quality be "less good" with the integrated graphics, or, because I don't play games, would the integrated graphics produce equally as good an image? I also note that there's no DVI output with integrated graphics, only VGA. Would that have any (noticeable) effect on image quality?

Thanks 4 your help.
a DVI output from the computer will produce a sharper image. as far as brightness is concerned, that is based on the power supplied to the monitor.

a better graphics card will allow you to display the image at a higher resolution.

Built-in speakers

Do any towers have built-in speakers?
most have a system speaker for basic system sounds. as far as computers with speakers like those in laptops, i haven't seen one

the majority of new computer purchases will include desktop speakers.

your best bet these days is getting a monitor with built-in speakers. there are many of these
