Great Project and learning experience

I received the BoseBuild Speaker and was very excited to do this with my daughter. She loves music and I knew this was going to be a great experience for her to learn how sound is produced.
First, the one thing that almost ruined it and made it sit in a box for almost 2 weeks. The learning instructions app is only on Apple. What a big downer, I only have Google Android products in my home. After searching for a family member or friend that has an Apple iPhone, I was able to invite them over for dinner and asked to use their phone.
Now, the good part! The product and idea of the build is amazingly thought out. To be able to teach my daughter how a speaker works and the ability to try and make anything into a speaker was so much fun. We used boxes, cups, bottles, tubes and anything else we could get to the table. My grandfather used to build custom speakers for high end clients, so it was neat to spread the knowledge of what he did.
The actual cube is high quality built, the construction takes what a 8 yr old can dish to it. The sound is typical Bose sound and even through Bluetooth it is crisp and loud. The lights are a great touch and have multiple settings for colors and moving to the beats. The design cards that come with it are neat, but we made our own from construction paper and my plotter for a custom touch.
The actual cube is high quality built, the construction takes what a 8 yr old can dish to it. The sound is typical Bose sound and even through Bluetooth it is crisp and loud. The lights are a great touch and have multiple settings for colors and moving to the beats. The design cards that come with it are neat, but we made our own from construction paper and my plotter for a custom touch.
My daughter cannot go a day without her speaker now, she is always listening to it and still using the coil and magnet daily and making things into a speaker.
Great job Bose but please, remember us Android guys next time and I will give you 5 stars.

Great Headphones and Sound/OK Comfort

The Master and Dynamic MW60 Headphones are a definite replacement for someone that wants portable studio quality and top notch bluetooth sound. I was very impressed with the packaging of the MW60 headphones, everything was protected and the leather headphone cable container is a beautiful touch.
Build Quality is overall amazing, very heavy duty and nice material. The cushions material feel like a soft leather couch on your head, just a little small though. The band is very high quality, stainless screws on the joints, made to last.
Sound is amazing, I used my Google Pixel phone and it connected quick and the clear sound was welcoming. The highs are crisp and can be adjust further through the phones equalizer to be loud and still stay very clear. The mid-range is perfect, nothing sounded overly flat or over pronounced. The lows will go low but not drown out the rest, very clean bass.
The battery life is amazing as well, I made it through my 10 hour shift without having to charge at lunchtime, very nice to have the big battery. I would have liked to receive a charging block in the box, a lot of companies have stopped giving charging blocks, I cannot have 30 devices charging off my computer.
The main issue I had is the comfort, if you have big ears, they may not fit into the cups, mine are close and make it slightly uncomfortable to wear over an hour, I have to constantly adjust them so they feel okay.
The price point is fairly high for these in my opinion, I own $100 headphones that fit better and the sound quality is on par with these. If you want the battery life and easy bluetooth connection, these should be a top choice, if you are just looking awesome sound, these may be a little much.

Great Battery Life

The LifeProof AQUAPHONICS AQ10 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is a great portable speaker for any situation. I have tested this speaker a lot over the past 2 weeks, anything from the dusty race track to the dirty garage where it gets knocked off the bench all the time.
I must say, LifeProof did an awesome job proving why they are named LifeProof. This speaker has been beat up, not on purpose, but naturally over the past 2 weeks. I am rough on my things, I have broke so many portable radios over my lifetime, I could probably afford a new car with all that money. So far, this radio has been dropped off a 4 ft bench multiple times, off a truck tailgate, ran over by 2 atvs and thrown by my kid.
Here is the good:
1. Long Battery Life(just over 9 hours at full volume at the track, 15 plus hours in my garage at a more normal volume)
2. Protected(drop it, bop it, spray it, it still works)
3. Charges your phone(I used this and it works, not fast at all but works)
4. Volume(perfect for most people, not everyone needs to hear it)
5. Build Quality
6. Portability
7. Easy Bluetooth hookup

Now, the bad equally weighs along with the good. The speaker takes a long time to charge, but at least plays when plugged in so it is not a huge deal breaker. The main issues come in when you talk about the compartment, you could not fit 90 percent of the normal smartphones sold today in it. I have 6 people in my house and not one device could fit in this compartment. So, this is aimed for small iphones that no one buys anymore. I was unable to test if the compartment actually protects a device, very disappointing.
Also, the speaker at full volume distorts horribly, yes above I said one of the positives are the volume, but I said for most people, for me, it is not very loud and you cant listen to anything with bass, it sounds horrible.

I will continue to use the LifeProof AQ10, but once I figure out how to break it(not on purpose), I will look at something else.
I would like to possibly try the LifeProof AQ11, it is bigger, maybe it will fit my devices and has bigger speakers, but it is not cheap as well.

I have now become a Belkin fan. The WEMO wifi dimmer switch is the neatest design for a wall switch I have ever used. Compared to the 2 other brands I have tried, the WEMO dimmer switch beats them with its features and clean design.
Install was simple, wire nuts are included and it installs like any other switch would.
Setup is easy, download the app and connect to the switch directly. Once connected, setup the wifi to your home network and now you have control, from anywhere. I had no issues with connection, it was seamless on my Linksys router.
No more coming home to a dark house because we forgot to leave a light on, I know can turn on the light in the car and walk into a lit area.
Also, when on vacation or away for an extended day, it is nice to set it to come on to give a little added security to the yard or inside the house, depending on what you use it for.
I have nothing bad to say about the Belkin WEMO WiFi dimmer switch. The sleek design and easy operation has made me decide to add more to my home.

I cannot say enough how I enjoy using these trimmers. Panasonic has hit this one out of the park in my eyes.
The first design I saw that stuck out to me was the charging station, it plugs into the wall and actually stays there. The weight of the trimmers does not pull the charging station out of the socket, great design, now I know it's always charged, without wires and taking up space on my sink.
Next, it works, simple as that, no pulling, tugging and ripping off the hair. These trimmers make quick, easy, and comfortable work of facial and head hair.
The quick dial adjustment is a great design. It is definitely not made for long beards or hair, but for most, it will work great. The Panasonic trimmers are also very easy to clean, especially with the brush included and then oil them back up, which a tube o oil is included as well.

On The Go Tunes!

I have to say, the Polk Bit is a neat device to have. The ease of sliding it in the collar of my shirt or the pocket of my pants and getting work done is so nice.
Sound is surprising for such a small speaker, don't expect bass but it is very loud for such a small device. Charging is easy, grab a charging block or plug it in your computer. Battery lasts about 3 hours at full volume, close to 7 at half volume.
The rubber gets dirty quick and the first initial connection took a minute. I could not get the device to turn on the first time, now it works perfect.
If you are a runner and hate headphones, this may be your best option, you can still hear cars and the music will keep you going.

Mind Blowing for the cost.

These are simply amazing, had to get the out right away. Have I had better headphones for gaming, yes, but I paid 4 times the amount. For the price, the Kraken 7.1 V2's kill it, they even make their own V1's look like bargain bin headphones.
Setup is fast and easy. The settings are very easy as well, take your time on the calibration, it makes all the difference. Your hearing is not the same as everyone else's, so adjust away for the centering of the sound.
Sound response is awesome, lows are deep, mids are clear and highs are crisp.
I played multiple FPS games and sound was on point. I also used them to listen to live concerts, again, amazing.
The microphone is clear and no one had a hard time hearing me talk online.

Powerful and Easy to operate!

The Dyson Animal Ball 2 is one powerful monster. The last few days with the Animal has been a real test for it. We have used it from easy cleaning to putting through way more than a house vacuum should ever have to endure.
First off, the packaging is very well thought out, every part is well protected for transport and I do not see anyone receiving their Animal with broken parts. The assembly took a minute to complete and it was ready to use. The only thing I do not like, and one of the reasons for a 4 star, there is no place to hold the furniture attachment, I do not like this, all attachments need to be able to stay on the vacuum.
Now, on to the fun part, seeing is believing and you need to see what this can do. I vacuumed my entire house with our current bag-less and then went back over it with the Dyson. Now before the results, I must say, our current vacuum was a top brand and was very expensive 2 years ago. Once the Animal Ball 2 hit the floors, it was very evident this is a top notch device. We filled the vacuum canister within 4 rooms, I was disgusted that this was still in our floors.
Now, I am really excited about this, I have bad dust allergies, and after a week, I can already notice a difference in my health at home. This Dyson product has made me a believer, I never thought a vacuum was ever worth the money, but it is.
Next, I wanted to see what it could handle. I had my 4 daughters and wife brush their hair and lay it on the carpet. I then took my foot and pushed it into the carpet. I went over it with the Animal Ball 2 and it grabbed every last hair, and not one hair tangled up in the roller. For the next hour, I threw ripped up paper, crackers crumbled and more on multiple surfaces. The self adjusting height is amazing and I cannot say enough how it grabbed everything and how powerful Dyson has made this.
I must say one major thing, NO BELTS TO BURN!!! I needed that on its own line so everyone sees that information, it is gold in my book.
Well, all the goods, there has to be a limit, and I found it. My daughter dumped an entire box of Cheerios. I found a design flaw, the inlet is a 180 degree bend, it will clog up fast, my old vacuum did not. I hope on the next Dyson, they fix this issue. Another reason for the 4 stars, I do not like the auto legs when you press down. This is really annoying when you move the vacuum and the legs just pop up. Next, the handle, it is also the hose, myself and my wife have already pinched our fingers a few times. We have learned how to make sure we do not do it again, but Dyson may want to look at this design for the future.
I gave it an official 4 stars and it deserves it. If the few issues are taken care of, it will be the best and only vacuum you should ever think about buying, period. If you have bad dust allergies, Buy the Animal Ball 2 NOW! I promise you will see a difference.

Security for your Home!

The Arlo Pro System is an amazing camera system with a lot to offer but as any with any item, could use a few improvements.
Starting off with the great, the ease of setup was simply amazing. I used my Android phone for the entire setup, never needed a computer. I found a central location for the base in my home and plugged it in to the wall and attached it to my LAN and turned it on. Next, I downloaded the Arlo App and went to work. Setup your Arlo account and find the device. You can name it and adjust a few setting at the setup.
Next, connect your cameras, the very easy to assemble cameras I may add to this. The camera batteries came fully charged, no pre-charging needed, just install them. To connect your cameras, you can either hit sync on the base unit or via the app. I tried both and either way worked flawlessly.
I then went ahead and mounted my cameras. One facing the front door and entry area and one in my kitchen covering the back door and dog, I want catch him getting on the counter. The magnetic base mounts are easy drill and screw attachments and make it quick and painless for aiming. The design was well thought, for inside use. I do not like the design for outside use, it would be really easy for someone to walk up and dismount outside. I plan on adding a outdoor camera, but I will but a solid screw mount for it, which they cameras do have built in, just not included in the kit.
The night vision on the cameras are superb, I give them an A+ on that. Also, the cameras picture quality is better than many camera systems out there, crisp pictures and easy to see, definitely better than most store security systems. The 2 way speakers are almost useless, you have to yell in your phone for anyone to hear you.
The app interface is decent, needs improvements but not many. The notification and emails on/off need to be added to the schedule option for one, this is a must. I do not need 200 emails while I am gone at work, app notifications are enough. Second, I would like to have a manual record button that saves my video to a local drive, I do not like the cloud based option only. Arlo already has the memory stick backup option there, why not let the system record all the time and when it detects motion, backup to the cloud. You add this feature, you will have an industry winning combo, would be no reason to buy another system.

Great Looks but Horrible Execution.

I received the coffee pot and was excited to make all these sweet coffees they say you can make.
Well, first off, the cold brew works, tried that right out of the box. The milk frother works great as well. Next I went on to the warm coffee and made a full carafe, but only once.
No matter what I do, the coffee maker will only make a half carafe. I have done all the steps per Ninja's website and customer service via telephone.
After some more in depth research, this is a common issue. I cannot give a full review on other features because I have stopped using it after 2 days. First it was the half carafe brewing, by the 2nd day, it was the leaking.
I am not happy with this Ninja product, I own many others but this is a $60 coffee pot at best. My $35 one works better and keeps the coffee warmer.
