This game is an ode to old school retro games. Shantae, originally released on gameboy color is a cult classic not known to the masses. But let me tell you that it is GREAT. It's well priced ($30) and unbearably CHARMING. The platforming is great. The environments are beautifully drawn and the soundtrack is so catchy. Where many of today's games are "bigger and better", this keeps it short and sweet and mechanically sound. It won't be hundreds of hours, but what it does offer is enjoyment and enough variety to go back once or twice. And at the price, it's worth it

The newest Deus Ex improves upon its predecessor's mechanics in every way imaginable. The beauty of this game is how well the environments mesh with the abilities. It creates some rewarding gameplay and treasure finding. It caters to many gaming styles as well. Everything is smooth, the story is great, and the graphics are top notch. It's definitely one of the higher tier games release of last year on par with Uncharted 4 and others.

Many will come attracted to the anime-esque graphics of God Eater. If you are looking into this game, chances are you already know what it's about. A monster hunter clone that does just enough right to fill the void, but not quite the real thing. You'll either love it or hate it. It's a hack and slash action rpg grind fest. You won't find much deviation in the gameplay throughout the game, but if you like that MMO type of grind of getting "the best gear", you'll feel right at home.

Every year a sports game comes out, some critics will cry how can a sports game merit $60 when it's done year after year. If you are a sports game enthusiast, you know the devil is in the details. Some welcome changes were done to the dribbling and shooting mechanics and managing your team is a treat. Every thing that was great was left as is. Chances are if you know JRPGS then you know about the Tales of games. You will either like it, or not. Story line is meh, which is quite a big deal in RPGs where story line is usually the driving force. The open world is a welcome change and the combat is well done. Dungeons are linear, in contrast to the open world. The music is great. Ultimately, you'll enjoy it if you like JRPGs. It isn't groundbreaking though. More of the same, which isn't bad when it comes to this series.

Chances are you already knew if you were going to buy this game or not, and reviews won't really sway you either way. This game caters to a niche market. A catchy, colorful JRPG made from the creators of Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei. Not quite as good as either series, but it's not a bad game. What will really draw you in is the over the top, poking fun it does at the genre. It's funny, goofy, and entertaining. It's not a hardcore rpg, it's not super challenging. But it's fun. It's a nice change of pace to the more punishing JRPGs some developers are known for.

This game is a beautiful masterpiece. Platforming at its best. I may be a bit biased because I love the metroidvania genre, and Super Metroid is my favorite game ever. But this game is truly that good! The atmosphere, the art, the score, everything is woven together beautifully. You won't get a better game at this price. Tight controls, fun platforming gameplay. I can't recommend it enough. I waited years hoping it would get a physical release, and it's finally here! Buy it!

First question to ask your self is if you like MMOs. If not, do not buy this game. This is not a traditional elder scrolls game. It's like skyrim but MMO style. Much more linear even though it's "open world". Solo players will find it just as enjoyable. Controls are smooth and it really gets down the MMO feel on a console. Solid game, although I prefer Skyrim for an elder scrolls game and other MMOs for MMO games. But it combines in a good way.

I fell in love with this anime and manga. And when the first game in this series came out, I was in love. The graphics were GORGEOUS. It has become a staple of this series. But it didnt end there.
