I forgot my password the the modems web page
My password is correct, however, I can not get to the modem's web interface for troubleshooting and administration.
you should call their support line. i had the cable co come out to fix a the outside line and when doing their tests, they discovered the automated setup had a few things incorrect that it sent to their service desk. it was easy to fix - might be related to your issue??
