My password is correct, however, I can not get to the modem's web interface for troubleshooting and administration.

you should call their support line. i had the cable co come out to fix a the outside line and when doing their tests, they discovered the automated setup had a few things incorrect that it sent to their service desk. it was easy to fix - might be related to your issue??

2011 chevy silverado wire harness

I purchased a JVC KWR910BT for my 2011 Silverado and I'm trying to find out what kind of wire harness I need to connect to the factory harness. I've read that there is a special harness for new chevys do to the onstar and other effects. My truck does not have onstar and would like to know if there is another harness to use.

no. the best buy installer walked me through parts purchase and he said the chevy computer system routes through the stereo even w/o onstar.
