Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson have a common thread alot of action and no attraction. That sums up this movie but after watching 2 plus hours of the new star wars movie, I had to grant this movie three stars. I did not see much difference in the two formats. Both had a single major so-so actor surround by minion actors and massive action. It is minimal acting and max plus action that leaves you without closure except there is another sequel that is already halfway past completion.

You can easily follow thos plot and not be a kapanese anime fan. Fantastic graphics although Scarlett Johansen is clearly not Asian. But that adds to the mystery of the story. It is Blade Runner Girl Gone Wild only zero nudity, More teen oriented but the kill level is John Wick death levels. Keeps moving to the very end.

This results in a road trip of guessing and anxiety over what the reunion will become. Actually a good plot and a ending twist. CorporAte subplots don't seem as unexpected as a religious historical on going conspiracy to hide the truth. This was worth every dime. A great story done in the Wizard of Oz context only this does it in reverse. Taken from sleeping beauty and snow white to real big city NY and done with class. Almost a children's film but more parent directed with singing and dancing in central park.
