I needed a landline phone that could be attached to a cable modem on a temporary basis. This was the cheapest I could find. It works for the intended purpose and for occasional voice use. Might have other virtues but I haven't tried them (e.g., frequently used number memory). If I needed a phone receiver for more than I did, I'd pay more and get more features and handset comfort.

This mouse is comfortable to use and has the functionality I need (right and left buttons, scroll wheel). My only complaint is that it loses its connection at times (could be my computer, of course). There's a "reconnect" app, but that is useless as far as I can tell, because you can't get at it when the mouse freezes up the system.

This is a simple cordless mouse that comes with a small USB dongle and a AA battery. It works fine, looks good (in blue) and fits my hand well. It was on sale for half price so I bought it along with a smaller mouse, also half price, as a backup. I thought I'd prefer the smaller one, but this feels better to me.

I bought this for a friend who lost her phone charging cord. This would have allowed her to charge it using a standard USB cord with a micro connector at one end, and it was small enough for travel. She found the original cord so I don't know if she's used this, but it's a Belkin very similar to one I have, so it should be fine. I use mine all the time.

What does the back side look like? How does it mount on a standard, vertical, dual outlet?
I don't have it here but I'm pretty sure it does connect to a standard three-prong outlet. The version I have is vertical rather than horizontal as this one is, so mine sometimes blocks both wall outlets (depends on how much space there is below the outlet. This one probably won't do that in most cases.
