Great for some, not for me

There was a lot to like about this phone, but it was just too big for me, so I returned it and bought a Moto E (2nd gen), which has many of the same features as the G, but in a smaller package. Would recommend G only for someone with large hands and pockets and a desire for a larger screen. I like Motorola, just not this model.

Bought this monitor on short notice when my regular one had to be sent for repair, and I actually like it better than the other one. The nonglare screen is a particularly welcome feature. Only missing feature is the ability to tilt the screen, but that's not crucial.

Working well so far, but some concerns

This replaces a very similar model bought several years ago that was on its last legs (probably because I neglected proper filter cleaning -- take note!) It was easy to set up, the drain hose works better than the older one, and it does a good job of dehumidifying my basement when set to 45%. But at that setting it makes a constant high-pitched whine. That goes away at 55% but then the basement begins to smell a little funky. I called Frigidaire to ask about the whine and was told that it was normal when the motor was working hard (when the area was damp). I'm a bit concerned about this, because my basement isn't especially damp as a rule and I'm afraid the motor will fail prematurely. So it's watch and wait, since Frigidaire apparently doesn't consider this a defect. (As to recommending it: probably, because others that were available locally had poorer records.)

Wanted a wireless mouse to allow me to change positions easily when my arm bothered me, though I still mostly use it like the old wired mouse. It fits my relatively small hand very well, but it's not too small like a travel mouse. Perfectly easy to install and works well. Has an on-off switch but it also goes into sleep mode when the computer is off, saving the batteries. It's a laser mouse, so it's a little more sensitive than my old optical mouse, but I'm getting used to that. Best of all, it was on sale and a great buy!

Is there a connection for a garden hose?
There's a connection for a half-inch hose which you can buy in the dehumidifier department; not sure about a full-size garden hose.
