How do I get this to work? I plugged it in and attempted to install software, but message said install Incomplete and unsuccessful. I have new laptop Win 10 PC. HELP. Web site states Best Buy can install the software, but for an additional $150.00,
Try a different USB port. All I did was plug in and it worked. I did plug it into my 3.0 USB instead of the 2.0 USB. If you have a 3.0 use that one. Do not pay to have installed. It is a plug and play program. If it doesn't work on your other USB the it may be defective.
