I am not happy with the installer when it came to installing the dryer. I purchased the required metal type vent hose for the dryer, but she claims she only had a plastic type with her which she claimed wouldn't work with that dryer. So the dryer wasn't installed completely. I bought this for my ssiter who is 70, she had to order the correct one elsewhere and she had to install it herself and move the heavy dryer by herself. The one I purchased from Bestbuy should have been brought to the delivery and install.
