I love this blender! it also mixes. It is the perfect height 14 inches. so it fits great on my counter top and under my kitchen cabinets. It is brushes stainless steel and is gorgeous. I also love the fat pitcher. The lid locks securely in place and has a extra lid for the pour spout as well. the blades are extremely sharp so please be careful while handling or changing out the blade,

Unhappy Dryer Installation service

I have always gotten great service from Best buy. I ordered a washer & Dryer for my sister who is in her 70's. I had them installed. I paid for a metal dryer vent that is required. The installer said she only had a plastic type dryer vent so she couldn't hook the dryer up for her. my sister had to order one and install it herself, having to move the heavy dryer around. they bring both 3 & 4 prong electrical cords so they make sure they have the correct one. they should have both types of dryer vent. But the issue is I ordered the correct metal type, so she should have had it with her.
